It’s great to be back home after my Soho loft project reveal last week!
I’ll be sharing the photos from this amazing project I was honored to be a part of with six big home decor brands.. stay tuned this week!
For today, I wanted to share some of my favorite spots in NYC. There are so many amazing places, but since I spent a lot of time in Soho and Chelsea, my favs for today are located in these neighborhoods.
Don’t forget to share yours by commenting too!
Pi Bakery (Broome Street)
This amazing Greek bakery had delicate pastries, great coffee, and well, delicious Greek salads
San Carlo (Thompson Street)
This amazing neighborhood Italian restaurant was so cozy and had excellent food. The open air atmosphere when the glass wall is open is amazing. It’s small and the perfect spot for catching up with a friend or significant other.
Stay & Eat
–Soho Grand Hotel – My fav hotel in Soho– the Salon offers delicious food and drinks. Sit on once of the comfy sofas and ease drop on everyone’s conversations! The hamburger is delicious as is the simple house salad.
IGARCIA (300 block West Broadway (Soho)
-Hands down one of my favorite non-brand shop (I found so many tops, skirts and dresses here that I’ve never seen in DC) I wore several items to my NYC event and received a ton of compliments. In fact, I can’t find a website for it and my receipt just says “IGarcia”. Weird yes, but this is keeper!
This Chelsea consignment store is chock full of discounted designer brands. I found a Marc Jacobs black wallet, “like new”, for $60.
Every time I’m in NYC I love going to the Highline if its spring or summer. This elevated, public park is so unique. It runs from Gansevoort Street in Meatpacking District to West 34th Street, between 10 and 12th Avenues. There are few places you can pick up a bite to eat and sit on a bench; “street” vendors, and concerts in the summer.
