London Calling

I am so excited to leave on our trip to London in a few days that I had to share pics I found!
I love the guard photo below and think it will be amazing to watch the changing of the guard!

Of course from a shopping perspective I had to include a photo of Stella McCartney's flagship store which I will be hitting !

I didn't realize how quickly the seats book for reserving Afternoon Tea, so I finally found a table for 2 at The Wolseley Hotel pictured below. The bar alone looks cozy..

Speaking of bars and restaurants, I'm told London has some of the BEST Indian food (which I love). So I'm excited to start researching some hot spots for that.

If you have any hot spots I have to hit, please do share!

For shopping, you must hit Picadily Circus. You've never seen anything like it! For a bit of history go to Poets Corner in Westminster Abbey to see the tombs/gravesites of so many people that we quote in everyday life. It's amazing to be in one room with so many famous people. Really. Just amazing.

The Tower of London is great. They keep the crown jewels there and they do the changing of the guard there. Since it is a smaller setting than Buckingham Palace you're more likely to get a better view of it.

I am insanely jealous of you right now. Some of the greatest memories of my life happened in London!

Oh! And go see a play at the Globe II. It's right across the Thames from St Paul's.

Speaking of St. Paul's, the biggest disappointment is to walk up the steps and see huge signs that say, "DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS!"
